If your company cares more about the customer than the sale, that’s a huge strength and will help you crawl out of the pack into the top spot with customers. It can also justify a higher price. Customers want to feel like they mean something to a company, and they’ll pay more for that individual attention.

Finding a better way to service customers or providing more productivity in their lives is a great strength for your business. If your business is always finding ways to strive forward and make advances in design or execution, you’ll stand out from the competition who is relying on the old ways and ideas.

It’s helpful to define your strengths so you don’t have to worry about the competition. Unique strengths drive a successful business that won’t get lost in the pack.
